OPERATIONAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Review existing human resources infrastructure; provide recommendations and strategies for development of revised and/or new processes, programs or practices.
Review adherence of Federal, State and Local regulations and reporting requirements.
RECRUITING, SELECTION AND ONBOARDING DESIGN & DELIVERY
Design recruiting, selection and onboarding programs (including review and/or creation of job descriptions) and provide support in delivering such programs.
Evaluate current and future staffing needs; provide Talent Management, Cross-Training Initiatives, Succession Planning and Employment Separations services.
Develop performance appraisal process and train managers on goal setting, leadership and communication as they relate to operational values and maintaining performance standards.
TRAINING & COACHING
Provide group awareness of proper protocol and share best practices necessary to ensure a respectful workplace, identify developmental opportunities, establish goals, modify behavior, and track progress.
Individual coaching is also available remote or on site.
